This role exists because we lock up 20+ new contracts every month and need a dispo killer to move them. Your job: guide sellers through our process once under contract, market the deals, and assign them to investors or end buyers on market (novations).

Bigger picture: we're building a leadership factory inside a wholesale operation. Reps come in, prove themselves on the phones, develop skills, and move fast in their career. The best get promoted.

What you'll own

You are primarily responsible for:

- Assigning a minimum of 2 contracts per week, including cash assignments and on-market novations.

- Holding an 80%+ close rate on the contracts in your pipeline.

- Protecting the seller experience post-contract; sellers should feel guided, from contract to close. Our 5-star rating is yours to defend.

How you'll get there day-to-day:

- Work fresh contracts from a pipeline fed by 20+ new deals per month

- Market deals to our buyer list and on-market channels; run novation dispositions end to end

- Train with your coach daily; sales training and 1-on-1 coaching are non-negotiable

- Manage your pipeline, follow up properly, and keep CRM updated (yes, admin matters here)

KPIs you'll live and die by:

Assignments/week: 2 minimum

Close rate: 80%+

Novation time days to on market: 5 or less

Buyers Added to List/Day: 5

Comp, schedule, logistics

Comp:

Base salary + uncapped commission

OTE: $100-120K+
